Download these samples, then open them in SigBench → Sites on your phone (Import, or share the file into the app). Column headers are what the app already accepts.
One checklist item per row, column A only. An optional first-row header of
item (or checklist / task / name / label) is ignored.
In the app: Sites → Survey checklists → ⬆ Import.
One site per row. Pins appear on the map and under My Sites, same as KML/KMZ. Re-importing the same filename replaces that group.
In the app: Sites → My sites → ⬆ Import (KML/KMZ, CSV, or .xlsx).

Invalid rows (missing or out-of-range coordinates) are skipped and counted in the import message. Old .xls files should be saved as .xlsx or CSV.
Survey photos, sketches, and filled checklists stay on the phone. They are not uploaded to this dashboard.
